Interact Club Of Burhani Serendib & Rotaract Club of Cinnamon Gardens Achievements

Proud to be Burhanian!

● At the 30th Interact District Assembly held on the 26th of July 2020 at Jetwing Colombo 7, The Interact Club of Burhani Serendib School achieved the following:

▪︎ Citation in Public Relations
▪︎ Citation for Special Projects
▪︎ Citation for  Executive Board
▪︎ Citation for Club President
▪︎ Interact Club Citation
▪︎ Citation for Rotaract – Interact Relations

● ICBSS also won the most outstanding community service project for Project Replenish.

● The club was also awarded a Platinum Standard Award, in which only the top 18 Interact Clubs are given out of the 120 clubs for remarkable service as part of the Interact District 3220 – Sri Lanka and Maldives.

● Along with this, we are really proud to announce that:

• Int. Mustafa Zoeb won Best Interact Leadership Training (ILT) Participant.

• Int. Aarefa Shiraz won Best Journalist for the second consecutive year.

We also extend our heartiest congratulations to Int. Aarefa Shiraz, Immediate Past President of ICBSS for being elected as Directress of Public Relations in The Interact District Council.

In addition to these achievements in Interact, The Interact Club of Burhani Serendib School is also home to President of The Rotaract Club of Cinnamon Gardens, Rtr. Mohammad Firoz as well as the President of The Rotary Club of Cinnamon Gardens, Rtn. Kannan Thiyagarajah.
