Swimming Meet 2019/2020

          The Annual Interhouse Swimming Meet for the year 2019/2020 was held on the 31st of October 2019 at the Royal College Swimming Pool complex.

          The Swimming Meet was called to order at 7:30 am with the traditional hoisting of the three house flags along with the school and country flag, followed by Tilawat-E-Quran and the singing of the school song. The entire pool complex looked picturesque as all three houses had decorated their respective stands by ribbons and balloons of their respective house colors.

          Aristotle once said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” This stands true for the athletes of our school as not only do they have high standards but also consistently reach for them every single year. They adopted the habit of excellence by doing everything to the best of their abilities. This year as well, all participants showed great enthusiasm and potential, with their source of encouragement and support being the loud cheering of all parents throughout the meet.
          The closing ceremony then commenced and the participants were rewarded by certificates and trophies for showcasing their talent, commitment, and hard work during the meet. The winners of the Swimming Meet were as follows:
